Payment and purchase terms
Secure payment in our online store
Our online store is powered by Shopify, with secure payment terminals from Stripe, PayPal and Vipps. When you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), the transaction is processed securely and your card details are not accessible to Float tank processing or administration staff. You can also choose Vipps for fast and secure payment.
Privacy and data security
- Only employees of Flytetankbehandling have access to information about your purchase.
- We never store your credit card information.
- Our customer register only contains your name, phone number and email address. This is not available to third parties.
- You can request deletion of information after treatment has been completed. The information is automatically deleted one year after the last visit, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation of appointment
- Regular treatments: Cancellation no later than 24 hours prior to commencement will result in a full refund.
- Massage and combination packages: Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours prior to start.
- In the event of non-attendance, the full amount will be charged.
Right of withdrawal for online purchases
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing products, gift cards and memberships online.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with broken seals or damage after receipt.
- Gift cards and vouchers cannot be refunded if they have been redeemed or started.
Refund of membership
- Membership can be canceled within 14 days for a full refund.
- No refunds will be given after the membership has commenced.
- Commitment period may apply to some memberships, stated at the time of purchase.
Disclaimer of liability
Flytetankbehandling is not responsible for your physical or mental health during or after treatment. You are responsible for your body and mind when booking appointments. Flytetankbehandling is also not responsible for lost belongings during your stay with us.
General terms and conditions of sale
1. The agreement
The agreement applies between the buyer and Floate AS, org. no. 926 583 824, as the main party responsible for the agreement. The individual float center is responsible for the operation and implementation of treatments:
- Drammen floating center: Floate Drammen AS, reg. no. 927 158 787, Nedre Storgate 31, 3015 Drammen.
- Jæren float center: Floate AS, reg. no. 926 583 824, Hattelandsvegen 98, 4351 Kleppe.
- Trondheim floating center: Bare Flyt Trondheim AS, reg. no. 920 822 479, Fjordgata 9, 7010 Trondheim.
2. Prices
All prices are stated incl. VAT and any additional costs. Costs that are not disclosed prior to purchase shall not be charged to the customer.
3. Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods or service. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the right of withdrawal being notified. The customer covers return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Complaints.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after a defect is discovered. The complaint period is 2 years, or 5 years for goods intended to last longer.
5. Conflict resolution
In the event of disagreement, we encourage dialogue to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, you can contact:
