It contains half the caffeine of a regular cup of coffee (50mg) and can be stirred into hot water or mixed with your favorite mylk. The coffee beans are medium to dark roasted and give a deep coffee flavor where you don't notice the taste of mushrooms. Organic shade-grown coffee from Colombia. After gently roasting and brewing the beans, the coffee is concentrated and freeze-dried. Four Sigmatic uses a third party to test every single batch for purity. You get 50mg of caffeine per pack.
Organic Chaga mushrooms (350 mg per serving)
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) supports the immune system and may also have anti-cancer and blood-strengthening effects. It has been used for hundreds of years.
